All of the butchers at webster’s gourmet meat kitchen are fully qualified. Each butcher is selected and trained by Duncan as to how the meat is to be prepared, cut and packaged. This is to ensure that our customers receive consistent and only the highest level of service.

Duncan Webster

The owner and Master Butcher of the business. Duncan got his first taste for butchering while jackarooing in Walgett, North West NSW. After completing his butchery apprenticeship, Duncan travelled extensively throughout Africa before accepting a position of Restaurant Butcher at Simpson’s on the Strand, London. After 3 years in London, Duncan headed back to Sydney with the intention of buying his own business. Duncan has grown the business into a destination butchery through his passion for quality of product and innovative ideas with fresh meat. Duncan is constantly regarded as being at the forefront of modern butchery. Duncan strives to find the perfect work/home balance and loves to play golf and chasing the latest culinary experiences. Best thing to happen to Duncan since establishing his business is his two gorgeous children.

Sarah Adamo-Webster

A reformed vegetarian, Sarah now mainly works behind the scenes in the business. Managing the administration and marketing aspects of the business, Sarah also loves interacting with customers. Sarah studied Business Management and Communications, has over 20 years experience in Corporate Business/Marketing/Communications roles and is currently studying to be a Primary Teacher. Sarah loves cook books, eating and entertaining. Sarah has a deep passion for all things educational and is inspired in educating her own children about food production.

Rob Johnston

Rob is the Senior Butcher of the business. Rob owned his own business before he joined webster’s gourmet meat kitchen. Rob brings over 30 years of butchering experience. Rob is a skilled butcher and is wonderful with the customers. With his wonderfully warm sense of humour and happy to help attitude, Rob ensures that customers leave the store with a smile on their face. Rob loves gardening (and beer gardening) and spending time with his family and friends.

Matt Edouard-Betsy

Matt is the Junior Butcher of the business. Matt started at webster’s gourmet meat kitchen as a washup boy after school and then commenced his 4 year apprenticeship which he completed with flying colours. Matt specialises in producing our huge range of gourmet sausages and is a versatile butcher and shopman. Matt is a genuine salt of the earth young man whose happy disposition makes him a pleasure to work with. Young ladies adore Matt! Matt’s real passion is music and you can find him dj’ing on most Saturday nights.

Jittima (Pooky) Ruengdach

Pooky is a pivotal team member who manages our wholesaling distribution lines. Pooky produces our value-added products and assists with the pie making. Pooky is a wonderful team member who is deligint and passionate about her section. Pooky loves to read books and is busy preparing for her newest creation – her first baby.

Thitiporn (Tukki) Phromsaro

Tukki is a Thai National trained chef who manages our chicken section and our busy kitchen where she cooks the pies and prepares our pastry lines. Tukki is an invaluable part of the team whose organisational skills are exemplary. Tukki’s passions are food, shopping, friends and reading.
